AWS Platform Engineer

We are a Senior Platform Engineer to work closely with software development teams, enabling them to build, deploy, and operate scalable platforms on AWS.

You will assess technical requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure reliable, automated, and secure infrastructure at scale. The role suits engineers with strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code

• Build and maintain internal developer platforms and tooling

• Automate the DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines

• Support development teams using the platform and troubleshoot issues

• Monitor and improve reliability, scalability, and observability

• Evaluate and integrate new tools to continuously improve the platform

• Write clear documentation and share knowledge across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong experience running production workloads on a public cloud (preferably AWS)

• Proven experience with Terraform or OpenTofu

• In-depth experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration or serverless platforms
  (e.g. Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, Nomad, Lambda)

• Solid Linux administration experience

• Strong background in automation (CI/CD, configuration management such as Ansible or Puppet)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Clear and effective English communication
